High Clearance Crossmembers

BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles

BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with factory tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.

Important Notes

1. This system will not fit 2007 classic models
2. Installation of rear leaf springs requires removal of the fuel tank
3. Requires frame bracket modification
4. 20" wheels with 5" to 5-3/4" backspacing recommended to reduce trimming.
5. Traction bars will not fit regular cab short box models.
6. Will not fit two-mode hybrid models with electronic power steering.
7. Stock 20" wheels can be re-installed only with factory tire size. Factory 17 and 18's cannot be re-installed.
