BDS122811 | BDS Suspension Transfer Case Indexing Ring For Ram 2500 / 3500 4WD | 6 Bolt

Prevent front driveline issues on your lifted 2009-2013 Ram 2500 or 2009-2012 Ram 3500 4WD truck with the BDS transfer case indexing ring kit. At 6" of lift and above it is necessary to index the transfer case to allow the front driveline to reconnect and eliminate vibrations. Designed for 6-bolt flange transmissions, the BDS t-case index ring kit has optimal spline engagement and is dual-drilled to allow positioning for compatibility with a range of lift heights. Rounding out the 6-bolt indexing kit is a billet aluminum driveshaft spacer and all the hardware needed to complete the installation.

1. 03-12 2500 Gas models will require modification to the front exhaust crossover pipe on driver side for proper clearance
2. DO NOT USE FILL PORT FOR FLUID LEVEL ON AN INDEXED TRANSFER CASE. THE FILL PORT WILL BE LOWER THAN OE FILL LEVEL HEIGHT: If any maintenance requiring fluid change or refill has or is being done, before reinstalling transfer case check fluid levels on bench and fill transfer case with manufacturer recommended volume of fluid.
