Upgrade your trucks rear suspension with premium cast iron lift blocks. These high quality 4" cast iron lift blocks are specially designed to lift the rear of leaf spring trucks. They come finished in a black e-coating and use a bump stop wing to maintain proper suspension travel once installed. Sold in pairs.
