This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried-and-true high-clearance architecture for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front, this kit pairs the FOX 2.5 PE coil-overs with high-arched, 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, while properly relocating the front differential to correct CV operating angles and protect it with heavy-duty, laser-cut skid plates featuring the iconic tri-color stripe backing plate. Steering geometry is corrected at the new, taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, along with high strength tie rod ends, allowing for improved control and ESC system compatibility. These, combined with the provided sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, FOX reservoir mounts, and supplied hardware packs, provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it. In the rear, this kit utilizes a pair of Pro-Ride coil springs, a track bar relocation bracket, extended sway bar links, and control arm brackets to lift and level the stance while maintaining suspension geometry and load capacity. For shocks, you have the option of FOX 2.0 IFP Performance Series gas shocks or an upgrade to the FOX 2.5 Performance Elite (PE) Series piggyback reservoir shocks to match the front and further enhance vehicle performance and adjustability.

Important Notes

1. TRD Sports will achieve the same stance as other models by achieving extra lift in the front.
2. Will not work with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) System equipped vehicles
3. Will not work with Air Ride models
4. Will not work with TRD Pro models
5. For regular off-road use, it recommended to upgrade Non TRD Off-Road trucks half axles (CVs) to Toyota TRD's (Driver Part# 434200C020, Passenger Part# 434100C020. Not including TRD Pro models.
6. The ADAS system in some vehicles needs to be recalibrated by a certified shop. The vehicle may warn the driver of potential collision from lower bridges, overhead signs/wires, and signs in windy conditions. Most windshield repair shops (Safelite) and dealers are capable of doing this
7. Wheel&Tire Combos were tested through normal driving conditions within alignment specs. Some models will required: removal of mud flaps, fender liner being trimmed or resecured, body mount bump being cut off or ground down ** Some 37" tires with 5-5.5" BS wheels may rub the sway bar during full lock turning situations.
