Description

Take your 2015-2019 Chevy Suburban, Tahoe, or GMC Yukon 1500 to new heights with a BDS 6-inch lift kit. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires.

This kit leverages BDS's proven high-clearance design to improve ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry for excellent on-road handling. Up front, the kit uses full-length replacement strut shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch-thick steel crossmembers, a multipiece differential relocation bracket, and heavy-duty skid plates for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These, combined with the provided sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, supplied hardware, and more, provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it.

In the rear, BDS offers new Pro-Ride coil springs for on-road ride quality and serious off-road performance, anti-sway bar links, a track bar relocation system, and adjustable upper control arms, allowing you to adjust pinion angle properly. Also, for the rear are precision-tuned NX2 Nitro or premium FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

High Clearance Crossmembers

BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy-duty 1/4-inch-thick laser-cut, perfect-fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles

BDS corrects steering geometry at the new, taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC-machined, ductile cast-iron steering knuckles designed to work with factory tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.

Factory Control Arm Type

*IMPORTANT*: GM is producing several knuckle/control arm configurations in 2014-2018 models trucks. Cast Steel control arm equipped models will require the "Cast Steel Control Arm" kit. Stamped Steel and Aluminum control arm equipped models will require the "Aluminum Control Arm" kit. Be sure to verify which factory control arms your truck has before ordering by referencing the help images in each tab below.

Important Notes

  1. *IMPORTANT*: GM is producing several knuckle/control arm configurations in 2014-2017 models trucks. Cast Steel control arm equipped models will require the "Cast Steel Control Arm" kit. Stamped Steel and Aluminum control arm equipped models will require the "Aluminum Control Arm" kit. Be sure to verify which factory control arms your truck has before ordering by referecing our help images when customizing your kit.
  2. Requires frame bracket modification. 20" wheels with 5" to 5-3/4" backspacing are recommended to reduce trimming.
  3. AWD models may require front driveline modification
  4. Factory 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod interference.
  5. Will not work with auto-ride or Magna-ride equipped vehicles.
