This BDS Suspension 3-inch Radius Arm Lift Kit is designed specifically for diesel-powered Ram 3500 trucks, this system improves ride quality, handling, and off-road capability while maintaining excellent on-road comfort. With clearance for up to 35-inch tires, it delivers a more aggressive stance without sacrificing everyday drivability.

 

Up front, the kit features Pro-Ride coil springs engineered to support the added weight of the diesel platform while providing a smooth, controlled ride. Heavy-duty replacement radius arms improve suspension geometry and long-term durability, while a forged, high-strength adjustable track bar allows precise centering of the front axle directly on the truck, ensuring optimal steering precision and alignment after installation or future adjustments. The system also includes sway bar links, brake line brackets, and a premium set of shocks tailored to your driving style and terrain.

 

In the rear, lift is achieved using a high-strength fabricated lift block combined with longer U-bolts to ensure a secure and reliable installation. Matching rear shocks are included to maintain balanced ride quality and consistent performance front to rear.

For more aggressive use, FOX 2.5 Performance Series IFP shocks offer increased oil capacity and improved cooling for enhanced damping control in demanding conditions. At the top end, FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series shocks with Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters deliver race-inspired performance and tunability, allowing independent adjustment of low- and high-speed compression to fine-tune comfort, control, and off-road capability.

Bump Stop Option

Rubber Bump Stop:

Rubber factory style bump stops provide a hard stop for the suspension will keep your shocks and other components safe. They are great for road use and light offroading where the bump stops will be engaged at low speeds.

FOX 2.0 Factory Race Series Hydro Bump Stop:

Engineered to perform in the roughest terrain, the FOX 2.0 Hydraulic Bump stops provide one more layer of shock absorption when utilizing the full travel of your suspension. Ideal for the avid offroader who hits big obstacles and goes over rough terrain at speed to maintain comfort and control

Rear Lift Option

Select rear box kit based on whether or not your RAM has factory Rear Overload Leaf, or an OE Air Assist spring.

Important Notes

1. Will not work with OE Air Ride models.
2. Diesel models only
3. Special literature required: OE Service Manual for model/year of vehicle. Refer to manual for proper disassembly/reassembly procedures of OE and related components.
4. Adhere to recommendations when replacement fasteners, retainers and keepers are called out in the OE manual.
5. Larger rim and tire combinations may increase leverage on suspension, steering, and related components. When selecting combinations larger than OE, consider the additional stress you could be inducing on the OE and related components.
6. Post suspension system vehicles may experience drive line vibrations. Angles may require tuning, slider on shaft may require replacement, shafts may need to be lengthened or trued, and U-joints may need to be replaced.
7. Secure and properly block vehicle prior to installation of BDS Suspension components. Always wear safety glasses when using power tools.
8. If installation is to be performed without a hoist, BDS Suspension Co. recommends rear alterations first.
