High Clearance Crossmembers

BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles

BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with factory tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.

Track Width Option

This system is available with two different knuckle designs. The standard knuckle widens the track width, but does not affect the turning radius. The narrow track knuckle reduces the total track width change by about 1.5" overall but does increase the turning radius slightly.

Important Notes

1. Torsion Bar tool required to load/unload the torsion bars.
2. Some welding is required.
3. Requires frame bracket modification and differential mount modification.
4. Traction bars will NOT fit standard cab/short box models and are designed to work on vehicles with 4" to 8" of lift. Will NOT work on long bed models.
5. 20" wheels with 5" to 5-3/4" backspacing are recommended to reduce trimming.
6. Gas models require exhaust modification.
7. The narrow track knuckle will increase the minimum full lock turning radius and you will not be able to turn as sharply.
8. For tail high stance use #119157 add-a-leaf with the block kit or #069207 with the leaf spring kit.
9. Dually applications will require custom u-bolts.
10. Leaf spring option does not work with the SUV's.
