The PPE Performance Transmission Mount is a critical upgrade for any GMC/Chevrolet HD truck owner seeking superior durability, performance, and reliability. Factory transmission mounts, notorious for their weak rubber compounds and high-shear-load design, can degrade quickly under stress. These stock mounts often lead to excessive vibration, driveline misalignment, and hard shifting - especially under sustained heavy loads or during aggressive driving.

The PPE Transmission Mount is engineered to tackle all the weaknesses of factory mounts through a complete redesign. Featuring dual-silicone bushings, it reduces shear load significantly and distributes pressure more efficiently. The 30% larger steel-to-elastomer contact area ensures that the load on each square inch of rubber is reduced, further minimizing the risk of failure under high stress.

The premium-grade silicone compound used in the mount is heat-resistant, weatherproof, and tear-resistant, providing long-lasting durability. It thrives in environments with high vibrations, heavy loads, extreme temperatures, reliably anchoring your transmission to the chassis.

  • Green (50A): Perfect for hybrid use, blending off-road capability and street comfort, making it versatile for mixed-use scenarios.
  • Red (70A): Designed for drag strip and high-performance applications, this version is for those who demand maximum stiffness and control during high-torque, aggressive driving.
The silicone bushings are also replaceable/interchangeable, allowing you to easily swap them for different driving applications.
