PPE has designed a superior filter for the Allison 1000/2000 series transmission. This filter upgrade features an extended double-deep design that houses 170% larger synthetic blend media, with a 10-micon nominal rating.

The use of a heavy-duty coil spring ensures a secure seal between the media end cap and the base plate, eliminating dirty oil blow-by and maximizing filtration performance. A stiffer bypass valve is integrated to the bottom of the filter for maximum protection and more complete filtration. The PPE filter’s heavy-duty construction, consisting of a high-strength steel base plate and a durable metal center tube, allows for excellent media support and pressure resistance, providing maximum confidence in all conditions.
