Built to take abuse and ask for more, the BDS 6" 4-Link Lift Kit for RAM 3500 trucks is the ultimate upgrade for those who demand performance, strength, and full-send capability. This kit ditches the stock setup and replaces it with serious hardware, starting with heavy-duty BDS 4-Link arms for better articulation and rugged strength to handle anything the trail throws at you.

Up front, the game changes completely with the BDS Coilover Conversion Kit, outfitted with FOX Performance Elite coilovers—giving you next-level control, plush ride quality, and precision damping both on and off the road. Out back, FOX Performance Elite shocks keep things smooth and controlled, no matter how gnarly the terrain gets.

Looking to push harder? The optional FOX 2.0 hydraulic bump stops for the front are a must. These add an extra layer of control when you’re hitting hard or landing heavy, soaking up big impacts and keeping things in check.

Whether you’re crawling rocks, hauling gear, or just turning heads in the parking lot, this kit is designed to deliver performance you can feel and durability you can count on.

Rear Lift Option

Select rear box kit based on whether or not your RAM has factory Rear Overload Leaf.

Rubber Bump Stop:

Rubber factory style bump stops provide a hard stop for the suspension will keep your shocks and other components safe. They are great for road use and light offroading where the bump stops will be engaged at low speeds.

FOX 2.0 Factory Race Series Hydro Bump Stop:

Engineered to perform in the roughest terrain, the FOX 2.0 Hydraulic Bump stops provide one more layer of shock absorption when utilizing the full travel of your suspension. Ideal for the avid offroader who hits big obstacles and goes over rough terrain at speed to maintain comfort and control

Indexing Ring Option

6 Bolt Indexing Ring

  • Kits come standard with 6-Bolt indexing ring kit.

8 Bolt Indexing Ring

  • Ram has an optional Aisin heavy-duty 6 speed transmission available in the 3500 trucks that utilize a different transfer case mounting bolt pattern (8-bolt).
  • The 8-bolt kit also includes an internal shaft seal extension and new shaft seal.

Important Notes

  1. Will not fit air ride equipped models
  2. Diesel models only
  3. Requires aftermarket front driveshaft due to increased wheel travel.
  4. Dually with 8-bolt Transmission (Aisin), require BDS122409 Def Relocation Kit
  5. Mega Cabs with 8-bolt Transmission (Aisin), require BDS122409 Def Relocation Kit
  6. Vehicles equipped with a Manual T-case requires BDS122423 Manual transfer case shifter extension
  7. Vehicles equipped with a 2-piece rear drive shaft (carrier bearing), require BDS122406 Carrier bearing drop
