These Rear Block Kits include two (2) 5.5" Tall Rear Blocks, four (4) E-Coated U-Bolts, eight (8) Nuts and Washers and will safely lift the rear of your 2004-2020 Ford F150 Truck.

Based on OEM designs and never made out of light weight extrusions our 5.5" Rear Lift Blocks are made to fit and have Integrated OEM Style Bump Stop Landings and cast in center pins.
