  • All wheel and tire combinations are always the customer's responsibility to ensure proper tire size and wheel fitment for their vehicle, and to check fitment based on their application.
  • Any painted or coated products are subject to slight colour and finish variations, and Lowriders Unlimited/CPW does not guarantee an exact match to OEM or the previously installed components.
  • All returns or exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee on the total purchase.
  • No cash refunds.
  • Credit is applied only to the account.

Returns & Exchanges

  • For any returning product(s) back to Lowriders Unlimited/CPW for any reason, an RMA number must be issued and clearly affixed to the packaging.
  • Any product(s) not clearly marked with an RMA will be refused and returned to the purchasing customer by the freight/courier company.
  • All product(s) must have all original packaging and literature, and be in new, sellable condition.
  • Shipping costs for any returned product(s) to Lowriders Unlimited/CPW, whether accepted or not, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Lowriders Unlimited/ CPW is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.
  • If shipping damage occurs, it is the customer's sole responsibility to initiate the damage claim process with the freight/courier company.

  • All wheels require a re-torque to manufacturer specifications after the recommended elapsed time.
  • All wheel and tire combinations are always the customer's responsibility to ensure proper tire size and wheel fitment for their vehicle, and to check fitment based on their application.
  • No refund or exchanges on mounted product(s)—check fitment before mounting.
  • We are not responsible for any parts, wheels, tires or customers' personal belongings left at Lowriders Unlimited/CPW facilities for more than 5 days.
  • For any suspension installations, it is the customer's responsibility to bring the vehicle back to Lowriders Unlimited for inspection and re-torque once they have driven 1000km.
  • To receive workmanship or installation warranties, all installations and inspections must be performed at Lowriders Unlimited.
