52403 | McGaughys 2.8 Inch Rear Lift Blocks For Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500HD / 3500HD

Pair your McGaughy's 4" lift kit with these 2.8" Rear Lift Blocks to bring back the factory rake on your Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD. Standing a full inch taller than the blocks included with the 4" kit, these precision-engineered blocks add extra rear height.
