Our Cognito billet aluminum upper control arm kit is engineered to enhance the performance of your 2019–2026 GM Silverado/Sierra 1500 pickup or 2021–2026 GM SUV both on and off-road. By improving front suspension geometry, introducing added adjustability for both camber and caster with FK 7/8 Heim Joints, and optimizes ball joint angles throughout the full range of suspension travel.

Each Cognito billet control arm is precision-machined from high-quality 6061 aluminum and finished in durable black anodize, resulting in a lightweight yet highly durable component proving to be one of the strongest upper control arms we’ve developed to date. Our Billet upper control arms are equipped with our Delta ball joint, designed to deliver more strength than a traditional ball joint with the articulation benefits typically associated with a uniball. While uniballs are known for smooth articulation, they can be vulnerable to environmental exposure in daily driving conditions. Cognito’s design addresses this by incorporating a protective housing with Zinc corrosion-resistant plating and a durable grease seal to keep contaminants out.

The metal-on-metal construction and greaseable design promotes long-lasting performance of the Delta Joint while allowing noiseless operation.
