DJMEH2601-35 | DJM Suspension 3 Inch Front / 5 Inch Rear Lowering Kit (2001-2010 Silverado, Sierra 2500 HD, 3500 HD 2WD | Long Bed ONLY)

If you don't want your HD to set on the ground then this is the kit for you. The front is lowered 3" by using Calmax Control Arms, just remove and replace the factory arms! Your sporting urethane bushings and brand new all steel ball joints with a 3" drop where the factory spring rate in your torsion bars are retained and a factory ride is preserved. Ball joint angles and alignment are also set right!

Setting the rear in proper alignment with the front a 5" Hanger/Shackle kit is employed. The rear leaf spring is moved up on the frame using the brackets in the kit. To avoid an especially bad installation situation, take a peek at your factory leaf spring eye hangers and make sure they match the look of the picture below! All the Long Bed 2500/3500 HD's we've seen use this part but to make double dang sure you have the right parts, a quick inspection before you order can save you from finding out you don't have the right parts when you need them most!
