(not rectangular headlights) There were two diffrent grille shells and headlight combos on the S Series Blazer. Please check your grille shell/style before ordering. This part number is for a main grille insert on the Chevy S Series model years 1994-1997 and is made from our Speed Grille material. It is finished in satin aluminum.
