ReadyLIFT OEM-style rear block kits are available for the 2011-2023 GM 2500HD/3500HD trucks.
These Rear Block Kits include two (2) Rear Blocks, four (4) E-Coated U-Bolts, eight (8) Nuts and Washers and will safely lift the rear of your 2011-2023 2WD and 4WD 8-lug truck.

Based on OEM designs and never made out of light weight extrusions, these 4" GM Blocks are made from cast iron just like the factory blocks, ensuring maximum strength and reliability.
ReadyLIFT Block Kits will put a slight rake back in your truck for hauling or towing and are designed to work with your ReadyLIFT Suspension Leveling Kit.
Like all ReadyLIFT products, these block kits come with our Lifetime Warranty.
Longer shocks will be required if you do not currently already have longer rear shocks.

INSTALLATION HEADLAMP AIM NOTE:
In addition to your vehicle alignment, for your safety and others, it is necessary to check and adjust your vehicle headlamps for proper aim and alignment after product installation. You may incur additional costs to adjust the headlamp system.

INSTALLATION ADVANCED DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEMS (ADAS) NOTE:
If your vehicle is equipped with active or passive safety/collision monitoring and/or assistance/avoidance systems including, but not limited to, camera- or radar/sonar-based systems, check and adjust your vehicle’s systems for proper aim and function after product installation.

In some instances, your vehicle may require OEM dealer service tools and factory-trained technicians to re-calibrate ADAS.
You may incur additional costs to adjust ADAS systems.
