Billy Boat Performance Exhaust started with a clean sheet of paper for the 2011 Escalade exhaust system. With the new 6.2 liter engine, the factory has completely redesigned the exhaust, using a different layout and larger tubing size. The Billy Boat system uses a 3½ inch single inlet design (compared to the 3¼ inch stock system) which bolts directly to your factory exhaust manifold. The muffler can is an entirely new design. It is a larger muffler (8 inches round and 28 inches long) and features a combination of our new PRT and our traditional sound absorption designs. The result is an extremely high flow muffler with a deep, throaty exhaust note which is quiet while cruising at highway speeds yet has a deep authoritative bark when you step on the throttle.

The muffler exits with a pair of 2½ inch tailpipes in a true dual design, with two fully-polished, 4 inch double wall round tips for that bold, stylish, and aggressive look. The ultimate exhaust system for the ultimate SUV is hand fabricated from aircraft quality T-304 stainless steel. All B&B products are precision built in rugged fixtures as a direct replacement for stock exhaust components and include all hardware and gaskets.
