PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Minimum order total
We have a $25.00 minimum for orders. Your order must total at least $25.00 before any taxes or shipping before it can be placed on our online store.

Shipping rates
Our website offers several shipping options and calculates the exact shipping cost for each order based on the weight. This rate is calculated on the postal code and Province contained in your shipping address. This rate is always correct for all ground orders. Air shipments are 99% correct, but if your order contains many OVERSIZED or HEAVY items such as Bumpers, Fenders, large sheet metal or heavy engine parts, we may need to adjust the shipping prices. We will not ship any order which needs a shipping cost adjustment WITHOUT contacting the customer for confirmation first. We do reserve the right to CANCEL any order and return the customers payment if we cannot come to an agreement on extra shipping costs.

You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Lowriders Unlimited. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.

Warranty Disclaimer
All stock replacement parts sold by Lowriders.ca / Lowriders Unlimited are warranted against defects for 6 months. Lowriders.ca will replace free of charge or credit your account at our discretion. You must call our returns Manager to verify warranty return eligibility, if eligible, the returns manager will issue a warranty return authorization number ( WRA ). Customer must bear the cost of shipping on any return regardless of the problem. Send item(s) shipping prepaid with the WRA clearly displayed on the outside of your box. Failure to do so may result in your return being refused. Lowriders.ca / Lowriders Unlimited cannot be held responsible for third party expenses, such as installation charges, storage, towing, lodging, etc. No warranty or return on Electrical, Carburetors, Books, specially ordered, custom hi-performance parts, Installed or altered parts.

Limitation of Liability
Lowriders.ca / Lowriders Unlimited. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Lowriders Unlimited product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Lowriders Unlimited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Lowriders Unlimited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lowriders Unlimited shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Lowriders Unlimited without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Lowriders Unlimited may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Lowriders Unlimited
